Community Portrait: Gaudi

Liebe Carfrogger Community, liebe Besucher,

wir haben festgestellt, dass das Community Portrait als neue Rubrik sehr gut bei Euch ankommt. Daher freuen wir uns, Euch in dieser Woche ein weiteres, engagiertes Carfrogger Community Mitglied vorstellen zu dürfen:

Dieses Mal beantwortet User Gaudi aus Schmalkalden, Deutschland fünf Fragen rund um das Thema Fahrzeugfolierung, den „Deutschland wrappt!“ Design Contest sowie Carfrogger Allgemein. Lest selbst, was er zu diesen Themen zu sagen hat:

1. Carfrogger: Wie wurdest Du auf Carfrogger aufmerksam?

2. Carfrogger: Was ist Dein Lieblingsdesign auf der Plattform?

Gaudi: Das ist gar nicht so einfach zu sagen :) Nach langem Überlegen habe ich mich dann für diese 3 entschieden:

Ich fand natürlich noch viele andere gut, aber man kann ja leider nicht alle nennen.


3. Carfrogger: Was macht Dir auf carfrogger.de am meisten Spaß? 

Gaudi: Was ich halt z.B. cool finde ist, dass die Community eigentlich weltweit verteilt ist und dass täglich neue Designs online gestellt werden. Ich hatte am Anfang wirklich nicht damit gerechnet, dass es so gut an kommt. 

4. Carfrogger: Was fasziniert Dich am Thema Fahrzeugfolierung? 

Gaudi: Autofolierung ist mittlerweile ein Trend und eröffnet völlig neue Möglichkeiten - ob einfarbig, mehrfarbig, fotorealistisch im Digitaldruck oder transparent als Lackschutz. Ein temporärer Farbwechsel eines Fahrzeugs ist in 2-4 Tagen möglich und die Kosten sind geringer als bei einer Lackierung.  

5. Carfrogger: Was wünscht Du Dir von carfrogger.de und der Community in Zukunft? Gibt es noch irgendetwas, das Du uns und der Community mitteilen möchtest?  

Gaudi: Was ich mir von carfrogger.de und der Community in Zukunft wünsche? Gute Frage :) Dazu kann ich jetzt eigentlich nur sagen: Macht weiter so, Ihr seid klasse. :)

We have noticed that our new category - the Community Portrait - has been very successful so far. Thus, we are glad to introduce you to another committed and motivated Carfrogger Community Member:

This time, user Gaudi from Schmalkalden, Germany replies to our five questions about car wrapping, the „Deutschland wrappt!“ design contest as well as Carfrogger in general. Read on if you are curious about his point of view:

1. Carfrogger: How did you find out about Carfrogger and the “Deutschland wrappt!” Design Contest?

Gaudi: I noticed a sponsored ad on Facebook and followed the link.


2. Carfrogger: What is your most favorite design on the platform?

Gaudi: Wow, this isn’t easy to say at all :) After thinking about it for quite some time I have decided to declare the following 3 designs as my personal favorites:

Of course there are so many great designs on the platform, but unfortunately I can’t mention all of them.


3. Carfrogger: What activity do you enjoy most on carfrogger.de?  

Gaudi: I think it is really cool that the community attracts and connects people from all over the world. Furthermore it is awesome to see that the people submit more and more new designs on a daily basis. I really did not expect that level of success at all in the beginning. 

4. Carfrogger: What aspects do you like about car wrapping? 

Gaudi: In my opinion, car wrapping has definitely become a trend because it provides you with completely new options to improve the looks and protection of your car. You are able to go with a single colour or multiple colours at once, you can apply real-life pictures by leveraging the benefits of digital printing or you can simply choose a transparent car wrap foil in order to protect your car finish. Temporarily changing the colour of your car by having it wrapped won’t take longer than 2-4 days and the costs are far lower compared to actually re-painting the finish.  

5. Carfrogger: What do you expect from carfrogger.de as well as the community in the future? Anything else you want to let us as well as the community know?   

Gaudi: What I expect from carfrogger.de as well as the community? That is a good question :) I guess the only thing I can say is: Continue just like this. You guys are great. :)
